Toques en Chablais, the international gastronomy festival returns this fall for a new edition with the guest of honor: Les Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.

This prestigious event showcases local gastronomy, food professionals and producers from the Chablais region.

Take part in a variety of workshops, gourmet events and cookery classes, and benefit from the expertise of chefs to develop your cooking and wine-making skills.

Attend the major international hotel school competition or take part in the Chablais world rissole championship!
The Mains d'Or challenge; a competition with various pastry-related events reserved for the region's apprentice pastry and chocolate-makers.

The highlight of the festival will be the charity restaurant at the Pôle Culturel de la Visitation, a gastronomic evening prepared by Thonon's local restaurateurs, craftsmen, caterers and shopkeepers.

Come and support your favourite bar/brewery in the café girls‘ and boys’ race through the streets of the town centre.

Enjoy a unique gastronomic experience with the Dinner in the Sky concept: a real restaurant in the clouds, raised by a crane several metres above the ground, where you can enjoy exceptional dishes cooked before your very eyes.
