Dinner in the Sky is a unique culinary experience that allows you to welcome 22 guests around a table suspended 50m above the ground, offering you an incredible view of the port of Thonon and Lake Leman.
For this last day of Dinner in the Sky, our Chablais chefs and local producers will be honoured !
For these last two meals under the stars, "La Brasserie du Général" in Thonon invites you to share a unique moment over an exceptional menu.
Chef Melody REMY will be assisted by Maison Bocuse consultant chef Francesco SANTIN.

Host portrait : Melody REMY was born in January 1993 in the Neuchâtel region. In 2006, she moved to the magnificent region of Thonon, where she continued her education and discovered her true passion for cooking.
At the age of 22, she resumed her studies in the world of gastronomy, joining the CFA (apprentice training centre) in Groisy to take her CAP (vocational training certificate) in cookery on a sandwich course. She obtained her diploma in 2017. After several rewarding years working alongside her apprentice master, she joined the kitchens of the Brasserie du General in Thonon. In a short space of time, her passion and commitment have enabled her to rise through the ranks. In February 2022, she was promoted to second-in-command, and in April 2023 she became head chef.
Francesco Santin has recently become the consultant chef at the Brasserie du Général. With an exemplary career and a passion for cooking, Francesco Santin brings his experience to every project he undertakes. With a wealth of experience as a chef, Francesco has worked in renowned establishments around the world. Most recently, he has held the position of assistant chef at the Paul Bocuse restaurant in Collonges au mont d'or, France, since December 2015. Francesco Santin has also held positions of responsibility in Michelin-starred restaurants. He was chef de partie at the Hôtel George V in Paris and chef de partie at the Paul Bocuse restaurant in Lyon. In addition to his experience in the kitchen, Francesco Santin has also trained and run cookery courses of various styles in companies and for professionals, in collaboration with institutions such as the Institut National de Formation et d'Application and the Centre Européen de Formation Professionnelle par Alternance pour l'industrie hôtelière. Francesco has also taken part in prestigious culinary competitions, winning First Prize in the selection rounds for the Prix Pierre Taittinger in Great Britain in 2000. He was also a finalist in the Prix Culinaire International Pierre Taittinger in Paris the same year. His experience was recognised when he entered the 'Un des meilleurs ouvriers de France' competitions in 2007 and 2010. -
