A prestigious event that highlights gastronomy, local food professionals and Chablais producers.

Take part in various workshops, gourmet events and cooking classes and benefit from the chefs' know-how to develop your cooking or oenological skills.

Attend the great international competition of hotel schools or compete in the Chablais world championship of the rissole!
New in 2023: The Mains d'Or challenge; a competition with various pastry-related events reserved for the region's apprentice pastry and chocolate makers.

The main event of the festival: the charity restaurant at the Pôle Culturel de la Visitation, a gastronomic evening concocted by Thonon's local restaurateurs, craftsmen and shopkeepers.

Come and support your favourite bar/brewery during the girls' and waiters' race in the streets of the town centre.

Discover the pedestrian streets and the gastronomic traditions of Thonon during gourmet visits.

Enjoy a unique gastronomic experience with the Dinner in the Sky concept: a real restaurant in the clouds, raised by a crane several meters above the ground, you will taste exceptional dishes cooked before your eyes.

During the weekend, take advantage of the excellent producers' market and (re)discover all the pleasures of local products.
Feeling peckish? Food trucks will also be present and will offer you a fast food solution, quality and seasonal cuisine.

A tasty programme combining sharing and good humour in the presence of renowned chefs and passionate craftsmen organised by the Tourist Office in partnership with the town of Thonon.
