Within the framework of the International Gastronomy Festival Toques en Chablais, the Tourist Office of Thonon wishes to offer to the public a unique gastronomic experience.
Description
Dinner in the Sky offers an exceptional gastronomic experience, with 32 guests seated around the kitchen, divided into 8 tables of 4, guaranteeing an intimate atmosphere in which to savour the cuisine of France's greatest chefs. Suspended 50 metres above the ground, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the port of Thonon and Lake Geneva.
During this aerial aperitif, Frédéric ROYER, renowned master cheese maturer, will invite you to a unique sensory exploration. Discover a range of refined flavours and textures, while marvelling at the art of cheese maturing in an exceptional setting.

Host portrait : Frédéric ROYER had a cheese store in Epinal. With this experience, he started his own business in Thonon-les-Bains and took over the Boujon Cheese Factory, on Saint Sébastien Street. Always in search of proposing and highlighting the best products of our region, he became a cheese ripener a few years later.
