Orchestrated by its Chef, Jean-Luc Delachausée, Master Conservator, the menu is made up of the best products of the region according to the seasons. . . Fera fillet, lake pike, lake char, Lake Geneva Arctic char, small perch, come in autumn, not to mention the homemade foie gras that is always present whatever the season.
