Located at the Ruelle des Chevaliers (Knights Street), shortly before the town's entrance, the Hôtel de Gruyères - formerly known as the "Hostellerie des Chevaliers" - is easily accessible and provides a fantastic view of the medieval town and Mount Moléson.
