Description
Assembled with care and respect by Alain Bordier, this collection of sacred Buddhist art features over 350 works of Himalayan art dating from the 6th to the 18th centuries. The sculptures, paintings and ritual objects come from Tibet, Nepal, Kashmir, northern India and Burma. They represent gods, deities and meditation objects, outwardly expressing the inner qualities of devotion and understanding of the very essence of spirit.
