Dinner in the Sky is a unique culinary experience that allows you to welcome 22 guests around a table suspended 50m above the ground, offering you an incredible view of the port of Thonon and Lake Leman.

For this last day of Dinner in the Sky, our Chablais chefs and local producers are in the spotlight!

Share a privileged moment with the pastry chef Jérôme CHAUMONTET from the house "Chaumontet & Co" in Thonon and enjoy the gourmet tasting bites during these snacks in the sky.

• Host portrait : Pastry is a childhood memory, a grandfather who was a baker, a father who was a pastry chef, and his vocation was born. He graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Thonon les Bains in 1995, obtained the title of Master Pastry Chef in 1999 and then joined the ACCOR Academy in Paris (the group's training centre). In 2004, he opened the "Pinxo" restaurant in Paris, and with Alain DUTOURNIER he was named a disciple of Auguste Escoffier in 2006. He took over the reins of the family business in Thonon in 2009: Chaumontet & Co.
