From 5 February to 31 October 2025, every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, travel aboard the Cheese Train !

Description

Rail journey from Montreux or Zweisimmen to Château-d'OEx and back with the MOB.

Demonstration of traditional cheese-making at Le Chalet restaurant, which makes its own "Le Chalet bio" cheese. Followed by a fondue tasting before a visit to the GoldenPass-MOB model trains upstairs, then, after a few steps in the centre of this beautiful village, a visit to the Espace Ballon or the Musée du Pays d'Enhaut.

Le prix comprend

- Train journey with the GoldenPass-MOB from Montreux or Zweisimmen to Château-d’Oex and back
Also valid for the transit between Montreux and Zweisimmen single journey with stopover in Château-d’Oex.
- Seat reservation only for the outward journey to Château-d’Oex
- The cheese-making demonstration at the restaurant Le Chalet
- Fondue (drinks and dessert not included) for adults and children aged 6-16.
Children up to 6 years can choose between a plate of pasta or a fondue on site.
- Souvenir bag which will be handed out by the restaurant Le Chalet.
- Visit of the GoldenPass MOB miniature trains model railways at the restaurant Le Chalet.
- Visit of the Musée du Pays-d'Enhaut

Opening period

From 05/02 to 31/10/2025, every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The offer will not be available on 23, 25, 26 and 27th April and 2, 4, 5 and 6 July 2025.
