Immerse yourself in the world of fantasy art. Swiss artist HR Giger won the Oscar for Best Visual Effects in 1980 for his artistic contribution to the film “Alien.”

Description

The museum is located in St-Germain Castle, in the heart of the medieval town of Gruyères. It houses the largest collection of HR Giger's fantastic artworks: paintings, sculptures, furniture, movie sets, and more. Between reality and fiction, past and future, HR Giger will take you on a journey into the fascinating world of your imagination.

The HR Giger bar, located opposite the museum, is also worth a visit.

The HR Giger Museum is located a few meters from Gruyères Castle. A special ticket gives access to both museums.
