In the heart of Château-d'Oex, ESPACE BALLON takes you on a balloon ride through the four seasons of the Pays-d'Enhaut.
Its interactive exhibition will immerse you in the history of balloons and the invention of human flight. On board the flight simulator, you will pilot
your virtual balloon, a unique experience in the world.

A little higher up in the village, the Swiss Paper Cutting Centre exhibits traditional and contemporary works of a living art that has been practised here for generations.
You can also discover the rich collections of the Pays-d'Enhaut Museum.

Several days a week (and by reservation), ‘Le Chalet Bio’ cheese is made before your eyes at the Restaurant Fromagerie Le Chalet. It's the perfect time and place to enjoy a fondue or another delicious speciality.

Further up the Torneresse valley, the Caves de l'Etivaz refine the famous alpine cheese of the same name. A visit to the cellars reveals life on the mountain pastures and the secrets of its production, as well as offering a tasting session.
